On 1st December, all our clients were sent an email featuring a picture of a Brussels sprout, wishing them a “Merry Christmas”.

It was a bit rubbish.

Then three days later, they received the all-agency ‘email trail’ in the post, detailing the unfortunate series of events that led to the rather lacklustre festive offering.

This was a LOT of fun to write.
