Making use of my enviable arts and crafts capabilities, I created two impactful new business mailings for TBCH.

Our proposition? What we do gets noticed.

Sent to prospective clients with whom we’d had previous conversations, the love letter was designed to stand out on the post pile with its nostalgic pangs of teenage angst (and excellent stickers).

I hand-wrote every single letter that TBCH sent out. Over 100 of them. But it was incredibly successful at creating new business leads, so the hand cramp was worth it.

It’s tricky making sure your letter stands out in a big pile of letters. But what if your letter WAS the big pile of letters?
